Lac La Ronge Provincial Park is one of the largest parks in the province and a nature lover's dream. This park is nestled in the heart of the Churchill River water system and has nearly 100 lakes and over 30 documented canoe routes, many of which follow old fur trade routes. Visitors flock to the park for exceptional fishing opportunities, beautiful private campgrounds, and other amenities, including boat ramps, hiking, cross-country ski trails, visitor centers, and Holy Trinity Anglican Church, the oldest surviving building in the province.
Please note that wildfires in northern Saskatchewan completely burned the Hidden Bay Campground at Wollaston Lake. As a result, this leisure site and campsite will be closed until further notice.
