The Elbow & District Museum site houses a museum containing artifacts from the village's early years. The reproduction of a sod house, as it was common for the first settlers to build at the turn of the 20th century when arriving in the region, makes the visit particularly interesting. Volunteers erected the house many years ago and fully furnished it. A tourist information center is also available on site. School groups and bus tours are welcome. The Heritage Day celebration takes place on July 1, and the Cultural Days occur at the end of September. The museum is open from mid- May to Labor Day.
