Wascana Centre !

Commonly called Wascana Park, the Centre is internationally known as a beautifully landscaped park
surrounding a 120-hectare lake in Regina's heart. Wascana Park includes 2,300 acres of urban territory,
protected green space, and a nature and recreation sanctuary. It is one of the main tourist attractions in the province, among many other attractions, such as the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, the Saskatchewan Science Centre, and the MacKenzie Art Gallery, to name a few.

Wascana Center includes 8.7 kilometres of paved trails and 5.6 kilometres of nature trails, recreation and play areas and a conservation area with a marsh ecosystem, promoting healthy and active lifestyles for children, families and the community. In addition, the park allows walkers, cyclists, and picnickers to relax in a unique environment. You can admire the Legislative Building, monuments, sculptures, and a fountain at the park's Center, originally from Trafalgar Square in London,

United Kingdom. Wascana Lake also offers canoeing and kayaking enthusiasts the opportunity to practice their favourite leisure activities. On-site boat rental is available.
